A 2008 graduate of the University of Santiago de Compostela, he began his career as a field veterinarian in Galicia. In 2011, he moved to the United Kingdom, where he began his journey in small animal practice and his development in clinical leadership and team dynamics.

For over a decade, Mark has worked with clinical teams of various sizes and cultures, which has allowed him to understand the daily challenges faced by clinical teams at different stages. Since 2016, he has held leadership and clinical management positions in both the UK and Spain, combining the management of people, processes, and clinical culture.

In addition to his practical experience, Mark has received leadership training from sectors such as business, finance, medicine, and military, and has completed a master's degree in veterinary practice management.
